  • Coordinate the intake, monitoring, and fulfillment of large-scale B2B personalization orders.
  • Drive the development and launch of new retail products and personalized programs.
  • Collaborate directly with merchant-facing teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain high quality standards across embellishment methods including embroidery, engraving, and UV printing.
  • Track inventory, production capacity, and prioritize orders effectively.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize production processes for scalability.
  • Provide transparent reporting and oversight for samples, B2B orders, and retail production runs.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in production management, retail product development, or operational roles.
  • Proven background managing sample production and B2B/wholesale order workflows.
  • Experience working with retail or eCommerce brands.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail production timelines, approvals, and product cycles.
  • Skilled at supervising production teams or coordinating across multiple departments.
  • Highly organized, capable of juggling various merchant programs concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, or operational technologies is advantageous.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.
  • The chance to lead and grow production operations in a rapidly expanding retail technology company.
  • Direct engagement with nationally recognized retail and eCommerce brands.
