Key Responsibilities

• Enhance manufacturing procedures to boost production efficiency, lower costs, and improve product quality.
• Lead and coordinate production teams to maintain seamless workflow processes.
• Work closely with diverse teams to adopt process improvements and implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Monitor production operations, identify improvement areas, and apply corrective measures.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality regulations throughout production activities.
• Spot opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and optimization of processes.
• Provide technical assistance to production teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Conduct root cause analyses on production issues and develop preventive strategies.
• Create and update documentation such as standard operating procedures for production processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of large-scale manufacturing systems, production methods, and quality control.
• Expertise in process optimization and lean manufacturing techniques including JIT, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
• Capability to analyze production data to recognize trends and identify bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and relevant tools to maintain product standards.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer or supervisor, preferably within the Electronics sector.
