Key Responsibilities
- Enhance manufacturing procedures to boost production efficiency, lower costs, and improve product quality.
- Lead and coordinate production teams to maintain seamless workflow processes.
- Work closely with diverse teams to adopt process improvements and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Monitor production operations, identify improvement areas, and apply corrective measures.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality regulations throughout production activities.
- Spot opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and optimization of processes.
- Provide technical assistance to production teams and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct root cause analyses on production issues and develop preventive strategies.
- Create and update documentation such as standard operating procedures for production processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of large-scale manufacturing systems, production methods, and quality control.
- Expertise in process optimization and lean manufacturing techniques including JIT, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
- Capability to analyze production data to recognize trends and identify bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and relevant tools to maintain product standards.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer or supervisor, preferably within the Electronics sector.
