- Monitor shifting product deadlines, join cross-functional meetings, and surface conflicts to the Content Production Team.
- Track and report issues connected to SDK updates and product changes.

- Work with the Content Production Admin Team on broader planning and how individual projects fit into the overall slate.
- Organize contracts, files, and other production documents, making sure paperwork is completed and filed on time.
- Build and maintain information systems for both restricted internal use and easy access by the wider team.
- Stay in contact with vendors and third-party contractors to keep services and deliveries aligned with project requirements.
- Verify that delivered materials work properly within the company’s systems and projects, including follow-up iterations and revisions.
- Spot possible production issues early and take action to reduce disruption and keep work moving.
Requirements
- Background as a production coordinator or assistant in a busy production setting such as film, gaming, television, or digital media.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Solid understanding of production processes from pre-production through post-production and final delivery.
- Prior experience in interactive media.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage several projects at the same time.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while still collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and able to handle deadlines and problem-solving quickly.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and shifting timelines in a fast-moving production environment.
- Resourceful when challenges arise and comfortable supporting multiple teams through project completion.
- Good at building productive working relationships across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to both smaller and larger production efforts.
- Familiarity with remote coordination tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid or remote setup, if needed.
