About the Role
As a Production Assistant within our manufacturing area, you will contribute to the creation of premium brand products aimed at health and wellbeing. Collaboration across departments drives our company success. You will perform diverse and responsible tasks in a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere characterized by a welcoming culture. We are expanding and inviting you to join us full-time on-site in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products strictly according to given recipes and instructions.
- Operate and load production and filling machines as specified.
- Clean and sterilize manufacturing and filling equipment, as well as maintain cleanliness of the working environment.
- Perform in-process controls following procedural guidelines.
- Prepare materials, rooms, and apparatus for production following instructions.
- Monitor machinery, support troubleshooting, and assist with maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and document all workflows adhering to internal requirements.
- Observe standard operating procedures, company directives, and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a chemical production specialist or equivalent qualification.
- Good understanding of GMP standards and hygiene practices.
- Preferably practical experience in chemical or pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
- Strong focus on quality and hygiene awareness.
- Technical interest and aptitude.
- Effective team player with sound communication skills.
- Reliable, responsible, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Excellent command of German language, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work in shifts.
