About the Role

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to lead the design efforts ensuring a smooth and innovative user experience within our platform ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design of products and workflows to enhance user experience, increase revenue opportunities, and improve operational efficiency
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive UX strategies across various product lines in alignment with overall company objectives
  • Work closely with leadership in product and engineering to oversee the full user experience lifecycle from initial concept to launch
  • Act as both a contributor and mentor within a small design team to meet evolving company priorities
  • Refine existing designs and establish solid methods for user research and usability testing
  • Lead the evolution and scaling of haku’s design system to meet team requirements
  • Provide constructive design feedback within the team and coordinate feedback from product, engineering, and customer experience teams

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product or UX design roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, interaction design, and visual design capabilities
  • Proven experience conducting and synthesizing user research
  • Familiarity with design review processes and managing stakeholder consensus
  • Track record of delivering responsive web and native app design solutions
  • Experience designing for B2B enterprise technology platforms
