Role overview

This role focuses on driving sales for the bank’s Cash Management product suite across client locations and targeted business verticals. The position is centered on revenue growth, new client acquisition, service quality, and stronger adoption of cash management and capital markets solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for the full range of cash management solutions across the bank’s client base and assigned business segments.
  • Deliver agreed revenue outcomes, including liability and fee income, throughput targets, and acquisition of new-to-bank clients, with an emphasis on growing transaction banking revenues.
  • Support client needs related to CMS and capital markets by coordinating with operations and product teams, while identifying process enhancements and new product ideas to improve cross-sell and share of wallet.
  • Maintain high service delivery standards and strong VOC scores through effective client servicing.
  • Ensure consistent business flow for cash management and capital markets and achieve agreed revenue and CASA targets.
  • Meet targets for acquisition of new clients.
  • Keep client servicing strong and maintain healthy utilization levels and CASA throughput.
  • Design and implement processes for cash management and digital banking transactions wherever applicable.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote the bank’s CMS and capital markets offerings.
  • Train relationship teams as needed so they can better position and sell CMS products.
  • Maintain accurate and timely deal updates along with call logging and meeting status tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage regulatory items such as transaction deferrals, BOEs, ORMs, and related matters.
  • Attend learning sessions for personal growth and contribute to social media presence and stakeholder management efforts.
  • Support risk management activities and follow bank policies, transaction banking framework, and all applicable regulatory guidelines before executing deals.

Product knowledge expected

The role requires strong knowledge of traditional CMS offerings as well as digital CMS solutions, including API banking.

Additional expectations

The selected candidate should be comfortable working across service, sales, process improvement, regulatory coordination, and internal collaboration to strengthen the bank’s transaction banking business.
