  • Serve as the main product contact for Salesforce, connecting business stakeholders with technical delivery teams
  • Convert business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery tasks
  • Run core Agile rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
  • Assist with post-release stabilization by handling defects, improvements, and user issue resolution
  • Manage routine business requests alongside roadmap items and broader platform enhancement work
  • Work with developers, administrators, QA, and architects to support reliable Salesforce releases
  • Promote continuous improvement through workflow streamlining, automation, and process redesign
  • Track delivery progress, adoption data, and stakeholder input to keep the backlog current
  • Support release governance, planning, and the long-term sustainability of the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product ownership, product delivery, or business systems roles
  • At least 3 years of practical experience delivering and managing Salesforce solutions
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce automation features like Flows and approvals, along with reporting, dashboards, and integrations
  • Proven ability to handle operational requests and strategic roadmap work at the same time
  • Solid Agile background in Scrum or Kanban within fast-paced delivery environments
  • Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, communication, and prioritization
  • Ability to turn complex business requirements into structured technical specifications
  • Experience collaborating across both technical and non-technical groups
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an advantage

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package matched to experience and market standards
  • Fully remote setup across Canada with flexible working arrangements and better work-life balance
  • Health and wellness coverage, including medical and dental benefits
  • Paid time off and flexible scheduling to support personal and professional needs
  • Access to learning and development resources, including training and tuition assistance
  • Inclusive, mission-driven workplace with a focus on equity, diversity, and impact
  • Chance to contribute to a large Salesforce ecosystem that supports meaningful social outcomes
  • Collaborative culture centered on continuous improvement and professional growth
