About the Role

The Product team is responsible for creating the experiences that power Revolut’s products. It works closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to transform complex challenges into scalable, customer-friendly solutions.

This position is for a Technical Product Owner who will help define the architecture and product direction behind crypto infrastructure and trading capabilities. The role owns the roadmap for secure, scalable, and forward-looking crypto experiences for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Own the complete product lifecycle for crypto features and new products at global scale while helping expand what fintech can deliver.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements for secure and scalable systems.
• Coordinate integrations with external infrastructure providers, including liquidity venues, custodians, and market data partners.
• Work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury to deliver robust, regulation-aware features that include real-time financial and compliance logic.
• Use data and user research to uncover customer friction, diagnose unusual behaviour, and improve pricing, latency, and trading user experience.
• Help prepare products for new asset classes, geographies, and regulatory environments.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in product ownership or technical product management within fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and financial systems.
• Background in delivering high-performance systems in regulated settings.
• Working knowledge of crypto trading mechanics or traditional trading workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align different internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working on structured data and system design discussions.

Nice to Have

• Experience building digital asset products in fintech and/or crypto.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks that apply to cryptoassets.
• Practical experience with prototyping tools or user testing methods.
• Interest in behavioural design or gamified product mechanics.
