About the Role

This position includes relocation support to Spain, the UAE, or the UK. Revolut will assist throughout the move. After relocation, the role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Madrid, Dubai, or London.

The design team focuses on pairing creativity with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring products maintain a high standard of look and feel while continuously raising customer expectations.

Revolut is seeking a Product Designer to own the design journey from discovery through delivery, with a strong focus on building features that genuinely serve customer needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to clarify customer needs and business objectives.
• Define success metrics for projects and take responsibility for helping achieve them.
• Carry out research and surface new insights that support company goals such as launching in new markets and introducing new features.
• Create simple, elegant product solutions with strong attention to detail, covering everything from wireframes and end-to-end flows to prototypes.
• Plan and run guerrilla tests and customer testing workshops.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to implement solutions and present outcomes in design review sessions.
• Evaluate release performance, capture learnings, and identify improvements for future iterations.

What You'll Need

• At least 4 years of in-house experience designing commercial products at a high standard.
• A portfolio that demonstrates product design work.
• Strong design capability across iOS, Android, and web products.
• The ability to think strategically about products and clearly explain design choices.
• An understanding of the technical impact of design decisions.
• Experience taking full ownership of the design process and working autonomously.
• Strong UX awareness and the ability to interpret customer behaviour.
• A refined visual design sense.
• Good command of typography and grid systems.
• A strong interest in solving problems.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or another related technical field.
• Familiarity with programming and the ability to build simple prototypes.
• Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
• Background in fast-paced startup environments.
