Your contributions will shape the beauty industry by designing, managing, and continuously enhancing the operational model that empowers Product Management and UX teams. You will lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering modern, scalable, and inclusive digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-store platforms.
What You'll Do

- Lead AI-Enabled Process Improvements by identifying and implementing AI tools and practices to minimize manual tasks, enhance information quality, boost team productivity, and support faster, more informed product and operational decisions, while upholding trust, governance, and compliance.
- Manage Systems of Record, including platforms like SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, and JIRA integrations, to ensure information is easily accessible, up-to-date, and reliable for all teams.
- Drive Cross-Functional Adoption by communicating, documenting, and reinforcing standardized operational practices across Product, UX, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Business, and Governance teams through practical guidance and support.
- Act as a Connective Tissue Across Teams, serving as a crucial alignment partner by clearly articulating intent, value, and impact to foster shared understanding and encourage the adoption of operational enhancements.
- Strengthen Team Culture by championing an inclusive environment through well-designed onboarding, training programs, shared rituals, and recognition initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Possess 6-8 years of operational experience, with a strong background in Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar roles, preferably supporting Product, UX, or Engineering teams in a product-centric organization.
- Demonstrate AI Fluency with Sound Judgment, showcasing the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools to improve productivity, enhance synthesis and decision-making, streamline workflows, and achieve superior business outcomes.
- Exhibit Systems Thinking & Cross-Functional Influence, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes and the ability to align diverse teams on clear operating practices through credibility, clarity, and persuasive communication, even without formal authority.
- Maintain an Outcome-Oriented Mindset, capable of defining success metrics, executing towards desired results, and measuring the impact of operational improvements using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Possess Strong Communication Skills, being a relationship-focused communicator who builds trust across teams and effectively engages both technical and business stakeholders.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
