Role Overview

We invite you to become a Product Operations Expert in our teams located in Berlin, Baden-Baden, or Verl with flexible working options. You will play a critical role in enhancing scalable, outcome-focused product management by working at the crossroads of product, data, technology, and business. Your efforts will center around designing, implementing, and evolving frameworks that enable product teams to improve speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product operations standards, governance, and workflows to enhance scalability, alignment, and execution quality.
• Support product managers within the Business Unit Collection by assisting with roadmap structuring, defining success metrics, and enhancing daily execution via frameworks, documentation, and tool management.
• Lead KPI dashboard creation and upkeep, product metrics tracking, and OKR reporting in partnership with data and product teams to support informed decision-making.
• Identify and address workflow inefficiencies by proposing and facilitating automation or tooling enhancements, including AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain clear communication, adherence to governance, and transparency across delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Pursue continuous improvement by gathering internal feedback to iterate and expand operational processes that underpin measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in Product Operations or Product Management.
• Demonstrated background supporting product teams in technology or product-driven organizations skilled in product methodologies like dual-track agile and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, comfortable managing KPIs, dashboards, and structured procedures.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable steps and excel in dynamic, uncertain environments.
• Collaborative nature eager to establish shared standards and scalable practices.
• Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level); additional proficiency in a European language such as Nordic languages is advantageous.
