Job description

Role summary

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our eLearning and immersive learning offerings. This role is focused on connecting the solutions with the market by understanding key buyer groups such as L&D heads, HR leaders, and senior executives, shaping clear and compelling messaging, and building the enablement and content engine that supports pipeline growth.

Work details

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location: Chennai, Alwarpet

Work mode: In office

Interview mode: Face-to-face

Core responsibilities

  • Own and refine the positioning and messaging strategy for the eLearning and immersive solutions portfolio.
  • Build messaging tailored to different buyer personas.
  • Differentiate the company’s solutions by highlighting business outcomes rather than only product features.
  • Create a reusable messaging framework that sales, pre-sales, and content teams can use consistently.
  • Plan and deliver go-to-market campaigns for new launches, capability additions, and entry into target markets such as India, the Middle East, and the US.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, asset plans, and launch schedules in coordination with digital, content, and sales functions.
  • Work with sales teams to define ideal customer profiles, identify account-level entry points, and support outbound initiatives.
  • Maintain the product marketing calendar and ensure the brand stays visible throughout the year.
  • Develop and manage sales enablement resources including objection-handling guides, competitive briefs, and solution stories.
  • Train business development and pre-sales teams on positioning, messaging, and effective use of marketing materials.
  • Partner with delivery and solution teams to translate technical strengths into language that resonates with buyers.
  • Monitor trends in corporate learning, instructional design, and enterprise L&D technology.
  • Run competitive research across eLearning content development and immersive learning providers.
  • Gather buyer insights through research, interviews, and win/loss analysis to continuously improve messaging.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as solution one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, proposal decks, and landing page copy.
  • Develop thought leadership content including blogs, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, and webinar abstracts.
  • Ensure all content reflects current solution capabilities and addresses buyer pain points rather than simply listing features.
  • Set KPIs for product marketing efforts and track impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Measure content performance, campaign conversion, and adoption of sales tools.
  • Continuously improve messaging and assets based on performance data and market feedback.

Required profile

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Exposure to at least one of the following domains: eLearning, EdTech, L&D, enterprise SaaS, or HR Tech.
  • Strong writing ability with the skill to simplify complex offerings into clear buyer-focused narratives.
  • Experience producing marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, landing pages, case studies, and product videos.
  • Comfort working across functions with sales, design, and delivery teams.

Eligibility

Any graduate can apply.
