Job description
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to shape and improve the core Enterprise Platform from the Bengaluru office. In this role, you will take ownership of important product areas and partner closely with engineering and design teams to build capabilities that help enterprise customers automate workflows and make smarter decisions using AI.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the backlog and decide priorities for key platform features.
- Speak with users and study product usage data to guide product decisions.
- Prepare detailed product specifications and clear acceptance criteria.
- Work across engineering, design, and QA to keep delivery aligned and on track.
- Monitor product KPIs and refine the product based on results.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on exposure to data-led products or AI-enabled features.
- Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to using data for decisions.
- Very good written and spoken communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of agile practices and tools such as Jira or Linear.
