Job description
About the Company
Learnosity is a global assessment technology company focused on modern, digital learning experiences. Its platform supports hundreds of organizations and reaches more than 40 million learners each year. The company is now expanding its AI-led product innovation and is looking for a product leader to help shape that next stage.
Why This Role Matters
This is an opportunity to work on a brand-new solution at the earliest stage, with broad ownership over the product lifecycle. The position offers direct access to senior leadership, close collaboration with engineering, design and product peers, and the chance to create products that have real impact at scale.
Role Overview
The Product Manager for Build LWF Dublin will independently own product areas and guide discovery, prioritisation, delivery and customer outcomes across the Build LWF domain. The role is responsible for delivering new feature capability for Build APIs needed by the LWF platform and relevant to the core Build product for the Product Builder audience.
This role requires balancing customer needs, commercial goals and technical constraints, while working across multiple domains and features. It also includes stakeholder influence, go-to-market support and contribution to Learnosity's AI-enabled product practices.
What You Will Do
- Lead discovery work to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Help shape the product roadmap and contribute to strategic planning.
- Assess customer, business and technical trade-offs to guide product decisions.
- Translate analysis into product requirements and drive feature definition through to delivery.
- Prioritise the backlog across new features, technical debt, bugs and enabling work.
- Coordinate delivery and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to achieve strong delivery quality.
- Plan releases and support feature rollout activities.
- Spot delivery risks early and take action to reduce them.
- Monitor product quality and ensure customers achieve the intended outcomes.
- Work with marketing on launch material and campaign preparation.
- Enable customer-facing teams by training them on new functionality.
- Act as a strong customer advocate for engineering and design teams.
- Maintain continuous feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Present demos internally and externally to customers and prospects.
- Build effective relationships across product, engineering and business teams.
- Create alignment among stakeholders and communicate priorities clearly.
- Define and track success metrics for features and the broader product.
- Review product performance and customer feedback to guide improvements.
- Contribute to better product workflows and evolving AI-enabled development methods.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings strong product judgement, operational follow-through and a customer-first mindset. You should be comfortable making independent decisions, operating across multiple areas and supporting both strategic and executional work.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
- Background in managing and supporting public API products.
- Experience maintaining a mature product suite at scale.
- AI fluency, including using AI to improve your own output and helping build AI-powered external products.
- Technical understanding of web application fundamentals; coding is not required.

- Deliver a successful general availability launch of the LWF platform by providing the Build functionality needed for integration.
