Job description

Overview

SPOTIO, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Addison, Texas, is a privately held field sales engagement platform used by thousands of sales professionals around the world to increase activity, expand pipeline, improve visibility, and reach sales targets. The company has repeatedly been recognized as a leader in the G2 Grid for Field Sales and was named one of Dallas-Fort Worth's Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal in 2025, with five total appearances on that list.

Role Summary

SPOTIO is looking for a Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience to lead product strategy and execution across its web application and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. In this role, you will work closely with Design, Engineering, AI/Data, Sales, and Customer Success to turn complex field-sales workflows and AI capabilities into measurable product outcomes that can be shipped successfully.

This is a high-impact, product-led role where your decisions will directly affect how thousands of sales professionals plan their day, capture customer data, and use AI-powered insights in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end product delivery for features across the web platform and mobile apps, covering discovery, problem framing, launch, iteration, and performance measurement.
  • Champion an AI-first product approach by spotting opportunities where machine learning, predictive insights, and generative AI can improve the experience for reps and managers, then shaping those ideas into product functionality.
  • Build and maintain the roadmap for your area, balancing customer requirements, business objectives, technical investment, and AI experiments against clear measurable results.
  • Create focused specifications and PRDs that define the problem, user, success metrics, scope, and edge cases, while keeping them updated as new information emerges.
  • Work closely with Design and Engineering throughout discovery, design, development, and launch, making practical trade-offs as the work evolves.
  • Stay in frequent contact with customers, including sales reps, managers, and admins, using interviews, ride-alongs, support tickets, and analytics to ensure decisions are rooted in actual behavior.
  • Set and monitor success metrics with product analytics, A/B testing, and qualitative feedback, and share outcomes clearly across the company.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on launches, enablement, and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience at a SaaS company, ideally in B2B and/or B2C environments, with delivered work spanning both web and mobile.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering outcomes, including specific products or features you have owned, the decisions you made, and the measurable impact achieved.
  • Solid understanding of native mobile product development, including the differences between building for iOS, Android, and responsive web.
  • Experience launching AI-driven features such as recommendations, predictive scoring, generative interfaces, smart automation, or LLM-powered workflows, along with a clear view on how to evaluate and improve them.
  • Ability to use Claude as a productivity assistant.
  • Comfort working with data, including SQL, product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel, and experimentation methods to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Strong product judgment and user empathy, with attention to detail, a focus on simplicity, and the ability to balance long-term vision with incremental delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align engineers, designers, executives, and customers around a common plan.
  • A collaborative and practical working style, with the ability to partner effectively with Design and Engineering, exchange feedback constructively, and influence without formal authority.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in outside sales, field service, CRM, or other complex B2B workflow products.
  • Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as chat, agents, copilots, and in-context assistance, along with experience evaluating them in production.
  • Background with offline-capable or location-aware mobile applications.
  • Technical grounding, such as a computer science degree, engineering experience, or comfort reading code and reasoning about system trade-offs.
  • Experience helping a product grow from an early stage to scale.

Benefits

  • 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • 9 paid holidays.
  • 3 weeks of paid time off.
  • Optional benefits including pet insurance, legal coverage, and accident coverage.
  • 24/7 employee assistance program with free professional counseling services.

Work Environment

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required twice per week on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Values

  • Solve for the customer by understanding their goals, business, and how the company helps them achieve a 10x ROI.
  • Play to win through ownership, urgency, and a competitive mindset.
  • Make it great by striving to be the best version of yourself for your family, team, customers, and company.
  • Be transparent about where things stand through open, honest, and timely feedback with clear visibility into the metrics that matter.
  • Value relationships by working closely with team members, customers, and partners to accelerate success.
