- Work closely with engineering, design, content, analytics, research, and legal teams to build intuitive customer experiences.
- Convert seller pain points and data-driven insights into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Help run experiments that track adoption, quality gains, and seller performance outcomes.
- Coordinate across teams to manage schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Collect seller feedback and behavioral signals on an ongoing basis to guide product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product management experience focused on consumer products.
- Solid knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to launch polished product experiences.
- Strong analytical ability, including defining metrics and interpreting results.
- Comfort handling several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centered mindset with a clear interest in improving seller experiences.
- Experience in commerce, marketplace, or platform products is an advantage.
