Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join us on our journey of transforming rental experiences. You will collaborate with various teams to steer product planning, enhance user engagement, and convert customer insights into effective features. Your involvement will span backlog management, launch support, and performance monitoring, all contributing to solutions that benefit tenants and landlords alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining product objectives and setting priorities aligned with company mission.
• Gather and interpret user feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Maintain and organize the product backlog, assisting in agile sprint planning.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Assist in tracking product performance metrics and recommend iterative improvements.
• Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and launch planning to ensure smooth releases.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of product management experience, ideally within BNPL, Prop-Tech, fintech, or technology startups.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, thriving in collaborative work settings.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Figma, Notion, or Confluence is advantageous.
• A strong user-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail and passion for exceptional product experiences.
• Excellent communication skills capable of motivating and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
