Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the company's productivity application to drive improvements in employee output through innovative sales features.
• Act as the product owner collaborating closely with IT teams to ensure delivery of a high-quality product aligned with diverse business needs.
• Engage multiple stakeholders including business units and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements and technical aspects.
• Transform overall product strategies into actionable and detailed requirements, including drafting and reviewing user stories.
• Coordinate with the IT team to guarantee timely deployment of new app functionalities.
• Work with various department stakeholders across Bajaj Finance to promote the usage and integration of the Salesone application.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Have 6 to 8 years of experience in product management within technology or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with Finance, Fintech, NBFC/lending sectors, and B2C platforms is advantageous.
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven approach with capability to extract meaningful insights and push boundaries when necessary.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of user experience design principles.
• Experience in documenting functional specifications for IT development teams.
