Job description

About Imprint

Imprint builds modern co-branded credit card and consumer financial experiences that help leading brands increase customer lifetime value. The company works with partners such as Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch contemporary credit programs designed to strengthen loyalty, improve savings, and support business growth. Beyond the card itself, Imprint combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to deliver personalized member experiences and efficient, profitable partner relationships. Its technology and operations are designed to power financial products without requiring the company or its partners to become banks.

Imprint operates in a massive market where co-branded cards in the U.S. generate more than $300 billion in annual spend, yet many offerings still depend on outdated bank systems. Backed by investors including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, the company is building a team focused on rethinking how people pay and how brands grow.

Role Overview

This product management role is centered on improving consumer-facing experiences for a diverse and growing user base. You will combine data, UX research, customer insight, and partner needs to refine existing products and shape new ones. The position is hands-on and outcome-driven, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact rather than presentation work.

At the mid level, you will own roadmap execution, work closely with engineering, design, and partner PMs, and help translate business needs into clear product decisions. At the senior level, you may also help set roadmap strategy for your product area, represent Product in executive and partner discussions, and contribute to how the PM function operates.

What You Will Do

  • Improve and evolve customer experiences for a broad consumer audience using product data, research, and partner/customer insight.
  • Focus on business and user outcomes, with direct ownership of results and attention to execution details.
  • Develop strong expertise in fintech and consumer financial products and turn market understanding into actionable guidance.
  • Plan and manage the roadmap, deciding what gets built, in what order, and for what reason in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and brand stakeholders to ensure product decisions fit multiple business requirements.
  • Use AI tools as part of the product workflow, including prototyping, research, and iteration.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership and speed in a startup environment where individuals are expected to drive impact directly.

Candidate Profile

  • You bring at least 5 years of product management experience focused on consumer products.
  • You have strong product instincts across UX, experimentation, and design, with careful attention to detail.
  • You have launched products and can show measurable outcomes tied to your work.
  • You are comfortable going deep on customer behavior through interviews, support tickets, and usage data.
  • You can work effectively with analytics and experimentation tools such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Statsig.
  • You communicate clearly and can explain tradeoffs to engineers, designers, executives, and external partners.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and accountability in a scaling startup, and can balance depth with pragmatic decision-making.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, credit, loyalty, rewards, or regulated consumer products is an advantage.

Tools and Stack

The role mentions Claude, Claude Design, Figma, Snowflake, Sigma, and Statsig. The product environment is mobile-first and consumer-focused.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive pay and equity participation.

  • Fully covered healthcare for employees, including dependent coverage.
  • Access to One Medical and optional FSA enrollment.
  • 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all other new parents.
  • Access to strong internal technology resources intended to support innovation, productivity, and optimization.

Imprint is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities regardless of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.
