Job description

About the company

The Tech organization is a major engine behind one of Europe’s most successful start-ups, building on momentum since 2012. With its base in Berlin, the team uses modern technologies to reshape the used-car market.

Role overview

In this Product Manager role, you will become part of a fast-growing Logistics team. You will take end-to-end responsibility for new product features, support and improve existing capabilities, and work toward clear business results. The position involves close collaboration with agile engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and business partners across Europe to deliver advanced technology and help lift the industry standard.

What you will do

  • Partner with engineers, designers, and marketers to develop features that make vehicle delivery faster, clearer, and more convenient for customers.
  • Own the product lifecycle from early ideas and requirements through design, prioritization, sprint coordination, and internal rollout.
  • Build a strong understanding of the internally developed logistics engine, related products, logistics workflows, and end-user needs to support high-impact product decisions.
  • Manage the product roadmap, including prioritization, backlog planning, specification writing, and launch strategy in collaboration with your team.
  • Act as the link between commercial and technical teams to create practical solutions and enable quick iterations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software environment, ideally with exposure to logistics.
  • Strong product-building capability and proven ability to guide an iterative software team through creative thinking, independent problem-solving, troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict handling.
  • Comfort working with technical challenges, complex data structures, and development teams while making sound trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to use data, metrics, hypotheses, experiments, and results to support product assumptions and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Perks and benefits

  • Option to work remotely.
  • Learning budget to support personal and professional development.
  • Team events such as hackathons that encourage collaboration and innovation.
  • A highly international workplace with more than 100 nationalities represented.

Additional information

The company promotes an open culture, values direct communication, and embraces diversity. Applications are welcomed from everyone, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, religion, age, sexual identity, disability, or any other non-merit-based factor.
