Job description

About the role

As a Junior Facility Manager in the Real Estate team, you will take ownership of property-related administration for the WKDA Real Estate & Procurement department. This team supports the day-to-day operations across all AUTO1 Group locations. WKDA operates more than 700 branches across Europe and is part of AUTO1 Group, Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. Its free online valuation service and extensive branch network help private vehicle owners sell used cars with ease.

What you will do

  • Monitor the condition of branch locations and make sure services, equipment, and other essential elements remain available, current, and fully functional so operations run smoothly.
  • Ensure that all compliance requirements are understood and followed in the branches, including occupational safety, fire protection, working conditions, and emergency exits.
  • Maintain a schedule so all legally required and internal inspections for lifts, gates, air-conditioning systems, and other critical assets happen on time.
  • Coordinate purchase order creation in Oracle for services needed in the branches, such as maintenance, cleaning, and similar requirements.
  • Collect, review, and process ad-hoc issue reports from the team, assess what needs to happen next, and implement the required actions.
  • Keep a close watch on spending in the assigned cost centres, such as maintenance and cleaning, and stay within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support cost efficiency, short lead times, volume discounts, and warranty benefits.

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours with the option to work from home two days per week.
  • A flat hierarchy that gives you room to take responsibility and learn a lot.
  • Free access to a language learning app.
  • An additional employer contribution to your occupational pension plan beyond the statutory minimum.
  • Discounts from well-known brands and savings on the company’s full vehicle inventory.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a real estate agent or a similar qualification.
  • Initial experience in property management is an advantage.
  • You are comfortable working with numbers and can stay organised in a fast-moving environment.
  • You work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong German language skills, both spoken and written, at C1 level.

Additional information

If you do not meet every single requirement, you are still encouraged to apply. The company values learning opportunities and offers space for professional growth.
