Job description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager focused on HIS and ecosystem integrations for one of our clients in Jeddah. This position is responsible for the full product lifecycle of integration services, APIs, and middleware that connect a healthcare ecosystem with business-to-business partners. The goal is to enable secure, scalable, and seamless digital experiences for members and providers.

What You Will Do

  • Convert the integration vision into a ranked roadmap and actionable backlog.
  • Collect stakeholder needs and prioritize them using business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery readiness.
  • Make sure integration work supports the wider digital strategy and member experience objectives.
  • Shape product capabilities aligned with NPHIES, FHIR, HL7, and Saudi billing requirements.
  • Manage and enhance the API inventory along with reusable integration approaches.
  • Own integrations with hospitals, polyclinics, pharmacies, labs, diagnostic centers, and medical equipment or IoMT providers.
  • Support complete digital flows for e-prescriptions, lab orders and results, and device-generated data.
  • Set and monitor integration SLAs covering service completion, clinical accuracy, data quality, and member experience.
  • Work closely with HIS/EMR and external vendor teams to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Ensure required regulatory integrations such as NPHIES, CCHI, MOH, and ZATCA are delivered on time.
  • Connect internal core platforms such as insurance, claims, CRM, finance, and digital channels to support end-to-end journeys.
  • Promote API-first design, release/versioning strategy, and reusable services.
  • Make sure solutions align with PDPL, ISO 27001, and clinical safety and interoperability standards.
  • Lead agile execution through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and clear feature definitions with acceptance criteria and timelines.
  • Remove impediments and prepare work for UAT, partner onboarding, and production launch.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as transaction success rate, latency, uptime, regulatory acceptance, and NPS.
  • Use analytics, incident patterns, and stakeholder feedback to identify and drive improvements.
  • Keep business, technology, operations, partners, and compliance teams informed about progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure operational teams are ready for onboarding waves and launch-related changes.
  • Provide structured status updates to the Product Lead and key business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main integration contact for partners, vendors, and regulators.
  • Share lessons learned and practical best practices across product and technology teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management, Integration Product Ownership, or Solution/Integration Consulting in healthcare, health insurance, or health tech.
  • Hands-on experience delivering B2B healthcare integrations involving pharmacies, laboratories or diagnostic centers, IoMT or medical equipment vendors, regulators, and/or HIS or EMR platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of payer and provider workflows, including eligibility checks, pre-authorization, claims submission and adjudication, e-prescriptions, lab orders and results, and clinical or device data exchange.
  • Ability to convert partner, regulatory, and business requirements into integration product requirements, API specifications, and user stories.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, clinical, vendor, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, regulated environments where ambiguity is common.
  • A strong focus on outcomes, ownership, and continuous improvement.
