Role Summary
We seek a driven, data-oriented Product Manager with 3 to 5 years of product management experience in fintech or SaaS sectors. Candidates should excel at transforming customer insights and business objectives into impactful product solutions. This role involves enhancing core product areas by collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to achieve high-quality product results. You will lead product lifecycle activities including opportunity identification, roadmap contribution, feature development, launch, and iteration to serve platform partners and their small business customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support product roadmap creation and execution alongside leadership.
- Discover ways to enhance customer lifecycle experiences such as partner integrations, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Convert customer feedback, business priorities, and data into precise product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to define, build, and release new product functionalities.
- Manage complete product lifecycle phases for assigned product areas: discovery, prioritization, development, release, and iteration.
- Ensure delivered features offer measurable benefits to platform partners and SMB customers.
- Leverage product analytics and user feedback to guide product decisions and uncover improvement areas.
- Track vital product metrics including activation, usage, and retention to assess product success.
- Conduct experiments as needed to refine product experiences and test assumptions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams like engineering, design, operations, marketing, and partner relations to ensure alignment and partner enablement.
- Communicate product priorities, timelines, and results clearly to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growing tech companies.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and business usage of financial products.
- Comfort collaborating with engineering teams and familiarity with analytics platforms such as SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Analytical mindset capable of data interpretation, opportunity identification, and informed decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product concepts and rationale.
- Well organized, proactive, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic startup setting.
- Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively across different functions.
