About the Team

The product range includes telco top-ups, bill payments, games, movies, events, attraction tickets, and e-vouchers. The scope has also expanded into travel services such as flights, buses, trains, taxis, and hotel bookings. Joining this team means working in a fast-growing Southeast Asia-wide digital platform environment, with both the excitement and complexity that come with rapid scale.
The Product Manager will oversee the complete product stack, spanning the customer-facing experience, platform architecture, supplier connectivity, data analysis, and initiatives that support growth and profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Shape feature priorities and improve the UI/UX to create a smoother end-to-end customer journey.
- Define core backend processes, including product catalog handling, inventory control, and fulfillment flows.
- Lead deep integrations with external suppliers such as cinemas, game providers, event organizers, and voucher aggregators through APIs.
- Set performance metrics, analyze data, and study competitors to uncover growth opportunities and refine the product roadmap.
- Contribute to business discussions and market research to better understand strategic direction, and support supplier evaluation, negotiations, and potential system enhancements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to align priorities and deliver product solutions on time with the expected business impact.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Background in product management is expected; experience in Online Travel Agency or Entertainment products is an added advantage.
- Good grasp of frontend user experience, along with strong data interpretation skills and the ability to build practical solutions.
- Experience working directly with APIs and the ability to quickly assess new supplier interfaces independently.
- A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to collaborate closely with others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to work with teams across different regions.
- Comfort with multitasking and managing several projects alongside cross-functional partners.
