What you will do
- Shape the product vision, set the strategy, and build roadmaps together with key stakeholders, while weighing priorities and making decisions in uncertain situations.
- Work across Business, Design, and Data teams throughout the product journey, covering discovery, development, launch, expansion, and ongoing improvement.
- Apply solid commercial judgment by understanding the business model, strategic importance, and customer behavior, and use that insight to decide what to prioritize beyond simple delivery timelines.
- Handle backlog management, sprint planning, and coordination with engineering teams to move user stories into production while maintaining high quality.
- Use data consistently within products, measure the impact of product initiatives, and let insights guide product decisions and prioritization.
Experience and working style
- Demonstrated experience as a product manager in fast-growing digital or fintech companies, with hands-on involvement in digital payment products at scale and in agile settings.
- Comfortable working through unclear, fast-moving, and demanding situations, while influencing both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
- Strong product craftsmanship with genuine interest in customer-centric innovation, digital products, and current digital trends.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Very detail-oriented, practical, entrepreneurial, and naturally curious, with a sharp understanding of end-customer needs.
