A leading regional financial institution is hiring an Associate for its Investment Banking practice in Singapore. This position is part of a sector-focused coverage group that advises corporate clients on strategic transactions and capital-raising activity.
What you will do
You will contribute to client presentations and strategic analysis, develop financial models and valuation support materials, help manage due diligence workstreams, and assist in executing M&A and fundraising transactions. The role also offers direct client interaction and exposure to complex cross-border assignments across the region.
Candidate profile
The preferred background is around 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets advisory within a Big4 firm.
