Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager specializing in Cash Management to join our Wholesale Banking division. The role focuses on developing, structuring, and tailoring Escrow Service Deals while providing advisory services that comply with internal protocols and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for innovating new products in response to evolving customer requirements and conducting market research related to Escrow products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Coverage heads along with Legal and Compliance teams to design customized Escrow deals, including Cash Management Solutions (CMS), aiming to enhance Escrow account fee income and balances.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal audit teams to ensure full compliance with regulations and control frameworks, maintaining zero deviations.
- Partner with Product Lead and Product Head to optimize costs and ensure profitability of Escrow mandates.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of product offerings and implement new technology-driven solutions to provide distinctive Escrow services, with emphasis on increasing digital presence and encouraging Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) clients to use CMS/Escrow services.
- Manage daily transaction approvals and resolve issues related to collection and payment products.
- Work closely with Operations and IT teams to guarantee seamless execution of product offerings.
- Lead system development initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Standardize and streamline processes in collaboration with Operations and other stakeholders.
- Achieve cost savings and meet product profitability targets aligned with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduation degree.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing Escrow products.
