About the Team

The product management team builds digital products that improve the customer shopping journey and help products move efficiently from suppliers to customers. The team works across large-scale internet products, user interfaces, data analytics, mobile applications, workflow tools, and inventory systems.

Within this, the monetization product group focuses on building platform services for high scale, solving complex customer problems, and supporting marketing and growth requirements for sellers and brands while protecting the customer experience. The team partners closely with engineering, design, business, analytics, research, and other stakeholders to serve a very large customer base.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager 2, you will work to deliver a strong experience for customers, partners, and internal users while helping strengthen Myntra’s position as a major fashion and lifestyle destination in India. The role involves shaping product direction, driving execution, and coordinating multiple functions to bring impactful solutions to market.

Responsibilities

  • Set feature priorities based on business impact and work with engineering to deliver the roadmap successfully.
  • Partner day to day with research, analytics, user experience, data science, engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
  • Define the most important product metrics and take ownership of targets linked to organizational objectives.
  • Build product strategy and roadmaps, and lead the charter for a specific unit within the broader product organization.
  • Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps that balance user needs, business goals, and competitive insights into practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with many stakeholders across systems, projects, and teams to keep initiatives aligned and progressing smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in product management.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology from a premier institute; an MBA will be considered an advantage.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and applying analytics to business decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize work across the full product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering.
  • Experience writing detailed product requirement documents and use-case documentation, supported by user research.
  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to contribute strategic thinking.
  • Bonus advantage for experience in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Additional advantage for hands-on exposure to product design or user experience work.

Additional Information

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time, on-site position.
