About the Role

Accenture, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital, cloud, and security, is seeking a Product Management Analyst to join their team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This position focuses on driving project management and brand development initiatives in the APMEA North market, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects, coordinating internal and external partners to meet the commercial objectives and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project briefs and facilitate product and packaging development paths, maintaining adherence to governance standards throughout the process.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders across category, brand, deployment, end market, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of core priorities.
  • Improve the quality and precision of project documentation while identifying and escalating risks proactively for all new category NPI projects.
  • Manage SKU rationalization and support product optimization activities, including overseeing FBS waivers.
  • Oversee creative asset management to support marketing and brand strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Project Management; a postgraduate diploma in marketing and advertising is desirable.
  • Experience ranging between 3 to 5 years in marketing, brand, or project management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the capacity to build relationships and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally with exposure to FMCG or large multinational corporations.
