Job description
Role overview
This 10-month contract role is based in Beaverton, Oregon, with a hybrid setup and onsite days from Monday through Thursday. The position sits within Global Apparel and Global Promo Apparel, supporting the creation of performance apparel for elite athletes and teams.
The focus of the role is the TEAM line, which includes game-day, training, and sideline apparel for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. The work calls for a proactive, hands-on mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a creative, enterprise-level approach to problem solving.
What you will do
You will help build and commercialize the TEAM line plan and support seasonal product initiatives. The role involves coordinating with product line managers, designers, developers, and materials partners to bring product concepts to life and support athlete and consumer needs.
You will manage line planning systems across multiple product categories, including SFTBL, LAX, T&F, VB, and Men’s/Women’s Essentials, covering roughly 100+ styles across genders. You will also oversee visual line plans, prototypes, samples, and related documentation for the TEAM product line.
Day to day, you will work with a dedicated product creation team made up of Design, Technical Development, Planning, and Merchandising. You will contribute to product reviews, consumer and athlete insight work, data analysis, marketplace evaluation, wear test coordination, and project-level problem solving. The role also requires close coordination with merchandising and marketplace partners to manage margins, seasonal flow, and delivery readiness.
You will represent product management in checkpoint meetings, product presentations, and athlete-facing moments, while collaborating across Technical Development, Planning, Design, Brand, Merchandising, sports marketing, collegiate teams, and leadership.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, accountable, and able to build strong working relationships. The right candidate will communicate clearly, work well both independently and across teams, and bring a flexible, thoughtful approach to process execution and product decisions.
This person should be authentic, self-aware, and dependable, with a strong interest in apparel, sport, and cross-functional teamwork. A solid understanding of business drivers, product intuition, and a creative approach to solving problems are important for success in this role.
Qualifications and background
The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You should have 3 to 5 years of product experience, along with strong knowledge of global product, consumer, and marketplace dynamics.
Experience working with textiles, trims, and product development is expected, along with a sharp eye for style, strong attention to detail, and effective calendar management. A proven ability to work credibly with internal and external partners is also important.
Additional information
This position is part of a brand culture that emphasizes ambition, creativity, collaboration, and diversity. The environment is fast-moving and continuously evolving, and the role is suited to someone who enjoys contributing to a challenging product creation process.
