Role overview
This internship offers hands-on exposure to product-related work across research, coordination, documentation, operations, and basic technical support. The role involves working with product, design, and development teams while also supporting client-facing implementation tasks such as hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and product testing.
What you will do
- Carry out market research and compare competitors to spot trends and business opportunities.
- Work with product managers to collect customer feedback and turn it into useful product insights.
- Help organise and roll out product launches, including preparation of documents and communication materials.
- Join cross-functional discussions and contribute ideas on product matters.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams so product needs are clearly conveyed.
- Support the creation of product documentation, training resources, and user-facing guides.
- Assist with operational tasks such as setting up hardware and software for clients.
- Handle basic troubleshooting to resolve client issues and keep products running smoothly.
- Test product enhancements and updates to check functionality.
What EPOS is looking for
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- You have a genuine interest in product management.
- You communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
- You are self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working alone as well as in a team.
- You can use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are bilingual in English and Mandarin, as collaboration will involve stakeholders across local markets.
- Any prior exposure through coursework or experience in product management, marketing, or a related area will be an advantage.
