Product Growth Analyst

About the Role

As a Product Growth Analyst at Meta, you will play a crucial role in expanding products utilized globally by billions, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus. Positioned within product teams, you will drive impact throughout the entire product development lifecycle by combining data analysis, product innovation, and cross-team cooperation. Success in this position is measured by the achievement of product objectives, and the team values performance based on tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Promote sustainable long-term growth of Meta's products through thorough data scrutiny, inventive product strategies, and conducted experiments aimed at improving user experience.
• Analyze user behavior patterns and product usage trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Spot growth opportunities, prioritize these for maximum sustainable impact, and work collaboratively to realize growth goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to execute growth-related projects effectively, including designing and evaluating experiments to inform product launch decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical and non-technical teams to achieve shared product goals.
• At least two years of experience in analytical or product-related roles.
• Experience conducting exploratory analyses independently to answer complex, open-ended questions.
• Expertise in designing multivariate experiments, interpreting results, and building frameworks that facilitate data-driven launch decisions.
• Proficient quantitative problem-solving skills, including tracking user ecosystems, behavior trends, and managing data-driven projects end-to-end.
• Advanced skills in quantitative data analysis aimed at extracting actionable insights from intricate datasets.
• Experience influencing multidisciplinary product teams comprising software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
• Familiarity with data querying languages such as SQL and at least two years of relevant analytics experience.
• Capacity for product ideation to apply growth tactics across diverse product segments with attention to detailed user experience elements.
• Experience contributing to products or services that engage broad community groups.

• Continuous development of AI-related skills, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration, alongside staying updated with emerging AI advancements.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $108,000 to $158,000 annually, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Comprehensive benefits are also available.
