Product Designer

Position Overview

The Product Designer at Willsfly Technologies Inc contributes to large-scale enterprise software and product systems. This role works in collaboration with architecture, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure robust long-term enterprise results.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design, UX systems, or enterprise interface design.
• Deep knowledge of interaction design, workflow-centric product context, and usability principles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing software experiences that scale efficiently within enterprise ecosystems.

Preferred Skills and Academic Background

• Background in enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or extensive experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with workflow-based product design and interfaces aware of user roles.
• Understanding of sustainable design languages across complex product ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or closely related fields preferred.
• Certifications in UX or product design are advantageous.
