Product Designer (Mid-Level)

About the Role

Natterbox specializes in AI-powered communications to improve the quality of human-centric customer interactions. In this hands-on position, you will serve as our sole designer, collaborating directly with Product Owners to create outstanding products across the platform.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to transform their vision into exceptional design and functional products.
• Utilize AI tools in combination with Figma to rapidly prototype, build interactive models, and iterate ideas effectively.
• Manage and update the Figma component library, ensuring high standards and consistency in product releases.
• Design sophisticated enterprise workflows that incorporate real-time monitoring, configuration settings, and retrospective analysis, striking a balance between ease of use for newcomers and depth for advanced users.

Team and Work Environment

The product team at Natterbox is compact and senior-led, featuring a flat organizational structure. As the only designer, you will set and maintain your design quality benchmarks. Our engineering incorporates AI-acceleration, raising expectations for craftsmanship and sound judgement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven proficiency with Figma, especially in creating and sustaining component systems and design libraries.
• A forward-thinking designer who effectively integrates AI as a creative aid, skilled in prompting and imaginative usage while recognizing the importance of manual design effort and robust systems.
• Experience designing and shipping B2B or SaaS products with complex workflows, beyond just marketing or consumer-facing websites.
• Capability to independently handle design responsibilities and uphold high-quality output.
