Role Overview

The Product Designer will be responsible for leading the design initiatives for Noon’s Darkstore, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain products. This position requires a deep dive beyond just user interface design, involving hands-on understanding of operational workflows and transforming intricate inventory and fulfillment processes into user-friendly, scalable digital products used daily by operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth expertise in darkstore operations to pinpoint and address significant user challenges related to inventory and order fulfillment.
• Convert complex ground-level operational processes into clear, scalable, and intuitive digital designs.
• Advocate for operations users by designing solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and simplicity.
• Design and maintain design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces for internal supply chain applications.
• Drive the overall design vision, standards, and strategic direction for user experience within darkstore-related products.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expert-level skills with Figma, including comprehensive knowledge of its features and collaborative workflow capabilities.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design concepts with demonstrated experience in research-driven and iterative design approaches.
• Exceptional communication abilities and teamwork skills, capable of leading discussions, aligning cross-functional teams, and steering design choices.
• Proven track record in solving complex design challenges and crafting intuitive user experiences in dynamic work environments.
• Experience or familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or operations sectors is highly advantageous.
