Role Overview

Teleport is hiring product designers to work directly on its own products. In this role, you will shape applications and platforms that support customer needs, improve usability, and make the experience more intuitive. The work involves designing high-density interfaces, complex workflows, and technical products that may include very large data sets with thousands of rows.

What You Will Do

• Review product requirements and user expectations, then translate them into practical design solutions.
• Run concept testing and usability studies, and incorporate feedback into design decisions.
• Build user personas based on research findings.
• Develop interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes centered on customer needs.
• Prepare design specifications aligned with product requirements and solve UX issues such as usability and findability through creative approaches.
• Partner with UI designers to bring visually polished experiences to life.
• Discuss concepts and prototypes with developers to support implementation.
• Keep track of competitor offerings and broader industry trends.

What You Need

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the role offered or in a similar position.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with desktop product design.
• 3 years of experience designing interfaces that handle large volumes of data.
• 3 years of experience in user experience work, usability testing, and interaction design.
• 3 years of experience in responsive design across multiple screen sizes.
• 3 years of experience documenting product design systems.
