Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop new product features that address genuine user challenges, ensuring thoughtful user experience and high-quality user interfaces across the platform.
• Proactively gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and data sources to continuously evaluate and refine both fresh and existing user experiences.
• Contribute to and expand the company’s design system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand and create comprehensive user experience lifecycles.
• Demonstrate ownership by driving design initiatives forward in partnership with the Lead Designer, including scoping of projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven hands-on experience in product design, covering both UX and UI with a strong user-centered approach.
• An excellent eye for visual design and dedication to craftsmanship, particularly in modern mobile and web application contexts.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, including its full feature set.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively; fluent in English (written and spoken), with German language skills being advantageous.
• A motivated learner who takes initiative and ownership.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset driven by solving real user problems as part of a team.
