About the Role
Join a rapidly growing AI SaaS company as a Product Designer (UX/UI) based in London with hybrid work options. This role offers the chance to be the third member of an expanding design team and take full ownership of the design direction within a product squad. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design vision for a dedicated product squad.
- Design brand-new features and enhance existing user functionalities.
- Create seamless user experiences complemented by sleek user interfaces.
- Develop innovative AI-driven workflows and product experiences.
- Build new UI components in anticipation of upcoming features.
- Enhance usability and discoverability across various sections of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design lifecycle.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated product design experience in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Exposure to either startup or scale-up company environments.
- Strong capabilities in UX and UI design, focusing on end-to-end product experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
- Comfortable thriving in rapid product cycles within agile teams.
- Ability to operate independently, confidently own design choices and areas.
- Valid work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship offered).
Desirable Attributes
- Background in designing AI-based products, features, or processes.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies for design research, user feedback analysis, or product data synthesis.
