You will work with people across product, engineering, and design, take ownership of well-scoped work, and help improve the design system while continuing to develop your craft.

What you will do
- Turn product requirements into user-focused designs for web and mobile experiences.
- Create prototypes, test ideas, and refine flows to improve usability and interaction quality.
- Carry out user research and organize findings to support design choices.
- Help build, update, and maintain design system components so products stay consistent.
- Evaluate several design directions and champion strong UX and UI practices.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to deliver polished solutions.
- Use current design tools and methods, including workflows that incorporate AI assistance.
What you should bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem solving and effective interaction design.
- Solid hands-on experience with Figma, plus familiarity with design systems and responsive design.
- Working knowledge of accessibility expectations such as WCAG and core usability principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A growth-oriented mindset and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
