Job description
Role overview
Scale’s Global Public Sector group is growing quickly and focuses on applying AI to high-impact public sector problems worldwide. The team’s work includes creating tailored AI products for governments and large public institutions, producing high-quality training data for custom large language models, and delivering AI advisory and upskilling support that broadens adoption and impact.
As the Product Delivery & Operations Lead based in Doha, you will serve as the operational backbone for a strategically important region. Your job will be to design, build, and run the systems that support rapid growth and reliable delivery. The position sits at the intersection of product, people, and process, and calls for someone who can think like a founder, structure work like a systems architect, and execute with the discipline of a product manager.
What you will do
- Act as the main link between Engineering, Product, and Design, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, decisions, and project direction.
- Own internal knowledge systems and productivity tooling, with Notion as a core platform for documentation, trackers, decision records, and team-wide knowledge management.
- Create and maintain operational systems for project tracking, staffing coordination, and performance reporting.
- Work with Finance and Legal to simplify procurement, budgeting, and contract workflows, while also supporting revenue recognition tracking and monitoring project spend.
- Develop and roll out processes that improve speed, quality, and predictability in product delivery and data delivery work.
- Support technical leadership by anticipating needs, preparing materials, and communicating priorities both internally and externally.
- Drive internal enablement and learning efforts that strengthen the team’s product development capabilities over time.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in product, strategy, or business operations, preferably from a fast-growing technology company or a leading consulting or finance firm. You should be comfortable building scalable operating systems for technical teams and be highly analytical, able to work from first principles, dig into data, and iterate quickly to improve results. Strong hands-on experience with Notion and related tools such as Asana, Airtable, Coda, and Slack integrations is important. Experience working in or with the Middle East and familiarity with the region’s business and regulatory environment would be an advantage. English fluency is required, and Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
Additional information
There is a 90-day waiting period before a candidate can be reconsidered for the same role. This policy is intended to support a fair and thorough review process for all applicants.
