About the Role

We are seeking a Product Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at SBH Fashion in Bentonville, AR. This position carries significant responsibility for managing product content, strategy, research, and enhancing customer experiences across key retail and e-commerce platforms. This role suits individuals who enjoy crafting compelling product narratives, balancing creativity with data-driven insights, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update all product pages across direct-to-consumer and retail partner channels, guaranteeing brand consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal.
  • Create and define messaging and callouts for product images that highlight benefits, maintain brand tone, and convert visitors into customers.
  • Regularly analyze competitor imagery on search pages and improve product hero images on retailer platforms to boost product visibility and conversion rates.
  • Develop and oversee extended content such as A+ content and enhanced brand pages on retailer sites to enrich product storytelling and increase sales.
  • Write scripts and design storyboards for product videos, ensuring clear, benefit-driven messaging aligned with brand voice.
  • Conduct frequent audits of product content to detect and swiftly resolve discrepancies, outdated information, or inconsistencies compared to competitors.
  • Perform continuous competitor research covering products, messaging, imagery, and positioning within major retail and e-commerce arenas, maintaining a live library accessible to marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Identify and articulate unique product differentiators by translating attributes into clear consumer benefits.
  • Research and integrate relevant keywords throughout product pages to elevate organic search rankings and leverage A/B testing alongside content adjustments to improve conversion metrics.
  • Stay informed of SEO algorithm changes, e-commerce best practices, and platform-specific requirements (Amazon A9, Rufus, Google Shopping) while tracking and reporting search rankings, traffic, and conversion data.
  • Produce concise, visually engaging product briefs and one-pagers for use by marketing, PR, advertising, influencers, and customer support teams, facilitating alignment on product knowledge.
  • Maintain a centralized content and messaging repository to ensure consistency in product value proposition and key claims across internal departments.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on product benefits and content for teams engaging with customers or generating customer-facing materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content management, e-commerce, or a related domain.
  • Demonstrated experience handling e-commerce or retail product pages effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proven skill in simplifying technical product features into clear, customer-centric benefits.
  • Strong research and analytical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword strategies, and search optimizations tailored for e-commerce platforms.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000.
