About the Role
Solvo Global is establishing a new Human Capital Management (HCM) product and concurrently building a dedicated HCM Services team to ensure an exceptional post-sale client experience. This team will manage everything from implementation and onboarding to ongoing support and training. This position offers a unique chance to be part of a new, exciting company initiative from its inception. The role demands a "startup mentality," requiring flexibility, adaptability to swift changes, a willingness to take on diverse tasks, and a commitment to ensuring customer success with the new platform.
Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to the HCM platform.
- Diagnose and resolve support requests efficiently.
- Attempt to replicate reported issues and escalate any identified application bugs for further investigation.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot problems, providing status updates and resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionalities, including bug fixes and new features.
- Contribute to and maintain the PrismHCM Knowledge Base with documentation and/or video content.
- Conduct training sessions for internal staff and/or customers on various aspects of PrismHCM.
Requirements
- Proficiency in payroll, taxes, benefits, and general HR operations.
- Solid understanding of HRIS systems, encompassing payroll, benefits, and human resources functions.
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to manage challenging and confrontational situations with appropriate interpersonal skills to de-escalate tension and build confidence.
- Capacity to learn and work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit, comfortable working both individually and in group settings.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive, positive attitude.
