Role overview

Traaple is hiring a highly organized Producer to plan, coordinate, capture, and deliver content that supports company growth. The role is central to the content production workflow and requires someone who is equally comfortable operating a camera and managing production timelines.

Production planning

• Create monthly content calendars.
• Organize and coordinate shoots.
• Handle production logistics.
• Prepare shot lists and production briefs.
• Work with talent, creators, and partners to keep production moving.

Content production

• Capture high-quality photo and video assets.
• Document events, experiences, creators, and partnerships.
• Create content tailored for social platforms.
• Use cameras and basic audio gear effectively.

Content operations

• Oversee the content workflow from planning through publication.
• Make sure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Keep media libraries organized.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing team members.

Event coverage

• Cover experiences, activations, launches, and community events.
• Be available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Produce content in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Performance focus

• Understand which content formats encourage engagement, participation, and bookings.
• Suggest improvements based on performance results.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth, Partnerships, and Creator teams.

Requirements

Applicants should have strong photography and videography ability, be capable of shooting independently, and have experience editing short-form content. The role also calls for strong organization and project management skills, the ability to juggle several projects at once, comfort in a startup setting, and a dependable, accountable working style.

Preferred experience

It is an advantage to have experience covering events and experiences, working with creators and influencers, or using drone equipment. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is also preferred.

Success metrics

Within the first 90 days, the person in this role is expected to establish a steady production calendar, improve turnaround times, maintain reliable event coverage, increase content volume, collaborate effectively across teams, and help generate content that contributes to measurable growth and participation.

Working style

This position suits someone who enjoys both making content and coordinating production. Traaple is specifically seeking a producer rather than a purely creative role, with the expectation that the person can help the company execute at scale.
