Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the produce department efficiently.
• Perform regular stock rotation and remove expired items to maintain quality.
• Ensure all produce is correctly priced and clearly labeled.
• Comply with cold chain management standards, including thermometer calibration and temperature monitoring.
• Strictly follow food safety guidelines, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.
• Carry out procedures related to ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, and labeling with accuracy.
• Maintain full stock levels to keep the department market-ready.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Stock merchandise, execute downstocking tasks, and apply product safeguards when necessary.
• Set and finalize shelf modulars, including flexible and new shelf capacities.

Compensation

The role offers a starting wage of $18.30 per hour.
