About the role
This position is part of a Canadian retail team focused on delivering a reliable shopping experience and strengthening community connections. The store values authenticity, trust, and teamwork while working to improve everyday life for customers.
The Produce Clerk helps keep the department ready for shoppers by maintaining well-stocked, organized displays and supporting accurate product handling throughout the day.
What you'll do
- Deliver friendly customer support by keeping shelves filled and responding to shopper needs.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish product displays and shelving to company standards.
- Scan items accurately, monitor inventory levels, and help with ordering when stock is low.
- Prepare and implement store-led promotions and program set-ups.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with health and safety expectations.
Who you are
You should be a dependable team player with strong attention to detail. The role suits someone who can stay motivated in a busy environment, work on their own when needed, and handle customer questions with a helpful and respectful approach. A willingness to learn is also important.
Experience and training
No prior experience is needed. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
What you need to bring
- Ability to work across different departments and shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Comfort with frequent movement throughout the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
