Role Overview

The Procurement Manager reports directly to the Projects' Execution Director and oversees procurement operations for interior fit-out and finishing projects. The role includes end-to-end procurement management—from strategy development and sourcing to subcontractor contracting, sample approvals, and on-site deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate procurement strategies aligned with contract requirements, budget BOQ, and project execution plans.
• Source and procure fit-out packages, including joinery, marble/stone, flooring, wall coverings, lighting, FF&E, and MEP components.
• Manage subcontractor prequalification, tenders, technical and commercial bid comparisons, and contract finalization.
• Lead material submittals and approval processes involving samples and mock-ups in collaboration with consultants and clients.
• Oversee budget control, implement value engineering initiatives, and handle variations and claims alongside Quantity Surveyors.
• Supervise supplier relationships, delivery schedules, and lead the procurement team effectively.

Requirements

• Extensive procurement experience within interior fit-out or finishing contracting sectors such as hospitality, retail, F&B, banking, cinema, or corporate interiors.
• 10 to 15 years of procurement experience including leadership roles.
• Proven capabilities in operational procurement and subcontractor contract management.
• Practical knowledge of FF&E and material specifications including sample approval cycles.
• Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain management; additional certifications like CIPS, CPSM, or PMP are advantageous.
• Resident in Riyadh or willing to relocate there.
