The business has progressed from concept to prototype, secured a production site and delivery capability, and has already delivered Grenadiers to customers worldwide. The next major vehicle program in development is the Quartermaster double cab pick-up.

Role overview
This position is responsible for managing the Interior & Exterior procurement category end-to-end. The role includes shaping and leading category strategy, ensuring the right components are available at the right time, and securing the strongest possible commercial terms in line with broader business objectives. It also includes ownership of supplier relationships within the assigned category.
Key work areas
- Oversee all procurement activity for the Interior & Exterior category.
- Select and source components and systems that best satisfy technical, commercial, vehicle, and operational needs.
- Plan, align, and run sourcing decisions for selected commodities and the overall category, working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement.
- Lead supplier negotiations to achieve balanced commercial terms while accounting for technical feasibility, volume, quality, and manufacturing constraints.
- Deliver all material and tooling cost targets, together with schedule commitments.
- Continuously monitor the global supply market for developments that may affect the business.
- Create and synchronize category strategies with cross-functional teams, based on market trends and internal needs.
- Identify supply-chain risks and put mitigation actions in place.
- Manage raw-material price movements with suppliers and commodity stakeholders across the category.
- Build dependable supply chains for serial production.
- Support the Procurement Manager in moving procurement from project mode into operational mode.
- Contribute to procurement work during the project stage, including close collaboration with cost engineering.
- Partner with Engineering, Commercial, and Industrialisation teams to align future demand, materials, and equipment plans.
- Work with the wider INEOS network to create stronger group leverage.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally gained with an automotive OEM or a Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier.
- Strong direct exposure to automotive procurement from concept and industrialisation through to operations, particularly in Interior & Exterior.
- Deep knowledge of automotive supply chain and procurement practices developed over a substantial career in vehicle manufacturing.
- Proven project management capability with a strong delivery record.
- Experience building and sustaining senior supplier relationships.
- Evidence of strategic procurement experience and/or New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Ability to manage priorities effectively, with solid analytical thinking and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- SAP experience is preferred; training can be provided.
- English fluency is required.
- German language skills are an advantage.
