About the organization

Team overview

The Global Sourcing & Procurement team serves as the central authority for procurement governance across the organization. Within the Finance & Procurement division, it promotes a consistent, compliant, and efficient approach across business lines and functions. In Singapore, the team acts as a strategic partner to the business, managing suppliers and procurement activity locally and regionally while driving sourcing value, cost control, risk reduction, and supplier performance management for Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore through ISAP.

What you will do

  • Support supplier relationships for technology products, services, and solutions.
  • Track vendor performance against contract commitments and service levels, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide daily coordination and support to internal teams on vendor-related matters.
  • Keep procurement records well organized, including onboarding files, purchase tracking, and contract repositories for audit readiness.
  • Assist across the procure-to-pay cycle, including requisition-to-delivery follow-up, invoice validation through 3-way matching, and documentation tracking.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect business requirements and perform an initial review of GSP forms for completeness and alignment.
  • Help prepare and review contracts, statements of work, change requests, and addendums under supervision.
  • Coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders during the contract review and approval process to support policy compliance.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and third-party risk management workflows, including reminders and follow-ups with internal and external parties.
  • Partner with Risk, Outsourcing, and other control teams on risk assessments and tracking in internal systems.
  • Take part in vendor due diligence by collecting data and reviewing documents related to third-party risk, data risk, MAS outsourcing, and EU DORA requirements.
  • Contribute to process-improvement efforts by researching market practices and identifying ways technology, including AI, can enhance procurement and risk activities.
