About the Role

This role involves reaching out to US record-keeping offices of healthcare providers and associated businesses to facilitate the retrieval of records. The candidate will perform detailed research to verify the accuracy and completeness of information pertaining to target offices. Additionally, the executive must create precise and professional notes to track case progress and collaborate with various stakeholders to exchange case-related information. An ongoing focus on identifying and implementing process improvements is expected to enhance efficiency continuously.

Responsibilities

  • Contact US-based record-keeping offices of providers and businesses to help retrieve records.
  • Investigate and validate the accuracy and completeness of information related to target offices.
  • Document case progress with clear and professional notes.
  • Engage with other stakeholders within the ecosystem to obtain and share case information.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong work ethic, disciplined approach, and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work US shift timings.
  • Experience in US healthcare voice operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Commitment to remain in the role for at least 18 months.
