Role Overview
The Process Automation Systems Developer plays a critical role in maintaining smooth brewery operations by supporting and enhancing automation systems involved in the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support automation platforms across brewing, packaging, and quality control segments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation, SCADA, and InSQL related issues to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Implement updates and enhancements to automation systems in line with project requirements.
- Ensure all modifications adhere strictly to safety protocols and approved procedures.
- Contribute to new product integration, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain user-friendly and reliable systems.
- Assist with managing production data and reporting mechanisms.
Candidate Profile
- Possess relevant qualifications or experience in electrical engineering, automation, control systems, or a related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with TIA Portal, Rockwell, Intrack, and Intouch PLCs, with manufacturing experience considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable engaging and collaborating with operators, technicians, and engineers.
- Dedication to maintaining safety standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
